Job summary

TrueCare seeks a registered nurse for the Perris Health Center to deliver patient-centered care in accordance with TrueCare standards. You will provide triage, health advice, and routine testing, and participate in patient education.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in clinic. Qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish, CA RN license, and proficiency with EHRs and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
• Current California RN license.
• Proficient with EHR systems and MS Office.
• Able to work a variable schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients walking in or calling in and manage inboxes.
• Provide nurse triage and health advice.
• Perform routine office procedures and testing.
• Administer injections and participate in patient education.

The RN will be working at our Perris Health Center. The RN is responsible for delivering patient-centered services in accordance with the TrueCare policies, procedures, and standards. This includes providing nurse triage services and health advice, performing routine office procedures, and testing, and participating in patient education. Responsibilities include triaging patients that walk-in person or are calling in, tending to the inboxes, administering injections, etc.

This is a Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm in clinic position at our Perris Clinic.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
• Current California State Board RN license.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, teams, and Word.
• Availability to work a variable schedule, extended hours and/or Saturday shifts.
• Possess the ability to work independently and as team member.

The pay range for this role is $45.07 - $62.15 on an hourly basis.
