Job summary

TrueCare in Perris, CA, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered services at the Perris Health Center. The RN will triage patients, provide health advice, perform routine procedures and testing, and participate in patient education in line with TrueCare policies.

This is a Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in-clinic role with opportunities to work extended hours or Saturdays as needed. Strong Spanish-English bilingual skills and state RN license required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
• Current California State Board RN license.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients that walk-in or call-in.
• Tend to inboxes and provide nurse triage and health advice.
• Perform routine office procedures and testing.

The RN will be working at our Perris Health Center. The RN is responsible for delivering patient-centered services in accordance with the TrueCare policies, procedures, and standards. This includes providing nurse triage services and health advice, performing routine office procedures and testing, and participating in patient education. Responsibilities include triaging patients that walk-in person or are calling in, tending to the inboxes, administering injections, etc.

This is a Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm in clinic position at our Perris Clinic.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
• Current California State Board RN license.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, teams, and Word.
• Availability to work a variable schedule, extended hours and/or Saturday shifts.
• Possess the ability to work independently and as team member.

The pay range for this role is $45.07 - $62.15 on an hourly basis.
