Job summary

The Jonus Group is recruiting a Personal Lines Account Manager (Spanish bilingual) to join our Salem, Oregon team. You will manage a book of standard accounts, quote and process new and renewal business, and deliver outstanding service to clients.

This role requires an active P&C license, at least 2 years in a similar position, and fluency in English and Spanish. Strong EPIC skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset help you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Personal Lines Account Manager (Spanish Bilingual)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (Spanish Bilingual) to join a team. This role is a vital part of a Personal Lines department, reporting directly to the Personal Lines Director. The successful candidate will manage a book of standard accounts, providing exceptional service to clients while handling new and renewal business.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, including accounts up to $20,000 in size.
• Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
