As a Branch Sales and Service Associate I, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time as a personal banker, engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Phoenix, AZ at the Metrocenter Branch.

Job Description

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and drive revenue and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Use a full PNC conversation approach to identify solutions and leverage community partnerships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences. Perform lobby activities to connect with customers and educate them on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
