As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Schaumburg, IL.

Job Description

1. Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manages customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing. Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Positions PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
2. Drives proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointments, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Delivers comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions, leveraging community and ecosystem partnerships.
3. Creates customer loyalty and expands share of wallet through differentiated experiences. Performs lobby activities to connect with customers and educate on financial management options using technology and resources.
4. Uses product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
5. Manages risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment. Participates in branch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Pay Range: $46,800 - $66,125, with incentives based on performance and location.
