Position Overview

As a Personal Banker, you will strengthen customer relationships with a defined sales process. You will spend most of your time as a personal banker, engaging customers in sales conversations in order to identify appropriate financial solutions. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Mesa, AZ at the Stapley & University branch.

Job Responsibilities

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and grow share of wallet.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calls, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointments, and lobby engagement to enhance client loyalty and identify PNC solutions.
3. Create customer loyalty by delivering a differentiated experience, educating on financial management options, and leveraging technology and community partnerships.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

Applicants must be fluent in Spanish and English, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and the ability to handle the responsibilities outlined. No specific certifications or licenses are required, but background checks are mandatory.
