As a Branch Sales and Service Associate I, you will strengthen customer relationships through a defined sales process. You will engage customers as a personal banker, identifying financial solutions that meet their needs. This position is within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, based in Phoenix, AZ at the Metrocenter branch.

Responsibilities

1. Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and grow customer share of wallet.
2. Drive sales conversations via outbound calls, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointments, and lobby engagement, utilizing PNC solutions and community partnerships.
3. Create customer loyalty by providing differentiated service, educating on financial options, and leveraging technology.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues and enhance loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and participating in branch operations efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, knowledge, and experience, including:

• Accountability, Customer Service, Proactive Sales, Leveraging Technology, Managing Multiple Priorities
• Roles typically require an Associate's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience or knowledge.
