Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with co-workers and in a team environment

Job Description

Under immediate supervision, provides exceptional customer service, handles cash transactions, and works in a high-volume sales environment. Responsibilities include:

• Following bank policies and supervisor instructions
• Achieving monthly new account production targets
• Processing deposits and payouts accurately
• Verifying cash and checks, including endorsements and counterfeit detection
• Entering transactions and issuing receipts
• Selling financial products such as money orders, cashier's checks, wires, bonds, and traveler’s checks
• Processing Western Union wires and cash advances
• Cross-selling bank services and products
• Serving a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Standing or walking for extended periods
