Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish to join our client in Austin, TX. You will manage inbound communications with patients and providers, coordinate medical supply services, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced healthcare support role.

Requirements include a bilingual Spanish/English skillset, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in healthcare customer service or call centers. Proficiency with MS Office and EHR/CRM systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with healthcare CS or call center experience
• Spanish and English bilingual required
• Proficient with computers and EHR/CRM navigation
• Typing 30–35 WPM and strong time management

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients and providers about orders and service updates
• Complete patient intake, verify insurance, and enter data into EHR/CRM
• Resolve inquiries, de-escalate issues, and coordinate with healthcare teams
• Schedule deliveries and pickups; maintain accurate records and documentation
• Meet call center KPIs and participate in training and QA programs
