The candidate will handle mortgage servicing inquiries via phone and will use MSP Mortgage software to manage accounts. Strong Spanish fluency and mortgage experience are required.

Expected pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour. Benefits including medical and dental are available through associate programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry (required).
• Fluency in Spanish (required).
• Proficiency with MSP Mortgage software (required).
• Experience speaking with customers over the phone (required).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to mortgage clients via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage servicing.
• Access, update, and manage customer accounts using MSP Mortgage software.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, payment issues, and servicing questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
