Job summary

HealthChannels, LLC is seeking Medical Scribes to support healthcare providers by documenting patient visits in real-time. This role offers no prior experience required, with comprehensive training provided through Scribe University.

Candidates will work in various healthcare settings and benefit from flexible hours, mentorship opportunities, and a diverse workplace. The ideal candidates must have a high school diploma and strong communication skills, with a focus on patient care and supporting clinic operations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required).
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day.
• Access to a laptop for training.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.

Skills

Typing speed of 40+ WPM

Fluent in English

Strong listening and communication skills

Flexible schedule availability

Education
