Qualifications

• Personal Lines sales experience or client-facing background is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Licenses for property & casualty and life & health preferred (license assistance available).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
• Generate quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines insurance policies.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Cross-sell and upsell existing clients to deepen relationships and boost retention.
