Job summary

GEICO in Katy, TX is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Auto Inside Sales Representative. You’ll provide insurance quotes, advise on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and demonstrate the value of GEICO to customers—all without cold calls.

You’ll complete in‑office training, then have the option to work 80% on‑site and 20% off‑site, with competitive pay, a bilingual differential, incentives, and robust benefits. Office location: 21420 Merchants Way, Katy, TX 77449.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

  • BaseSalary: $23.00 per hour / $46,345 annually + 10% Bilingual Differential
  • Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually.
  • Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
