Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Agent - Consumer Relations (Remote)

Multiple US locations including Rapid City, SD; Austin, TX; Columbia, SC; Columbus, OH; Jackson, MS; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; Oklahoma City, OK; Salt Lake City, UT; Sioux Falls, SD

How You'll Create Possibilities

As a Bilingual Remote Consumer Advocate with ASI/GE Appliances, you will resolve escalated customer service issues (in English and Spanish). You will create an outstanding quality service experience for GE Appliance consumers, advocating with internal departments for satisfactory resolutions. This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to positively impact the owner’s experience and start an exciting career!

  • Base rate of $17.85/hour + incentives based on quality scores - paid weekly.
  • Training: 10-week full-time shift Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM (CST).
  • Post-training, work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday.

After training, you'll use multiple Windows-based programs to:

  • Resolve escalated customer concerns, document complaints, follow outlined steps, manage data, and respond to inquiries.
  • Follow up via phone, email, or text to resolve appliance concerns and close cases.
  • Negotiate and implement concessions creatively for customer and company benefit.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders like zones, dispatchers, technicians.
  • Gather information, surface concerns, and suggest resolutions to supervisors.
  • Complete consumer satisfaction reviews before case closure.
  • Meet work schedule demands with compliance, integrity, and adherence to policies.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Position Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1-year Call-Center experience
  • At least 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Experience working from home (preferred)
