As a Bilingual Remote Consumer Advocate, you will resolve escalated customer issues, advocate for consumers, and ensure a high-quality service experience. This role involves working with internal departments to find satisfactory resolutions and positively impacting customer satisfaction.
Remote work opportunities available in specific states. Training is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM CST. Post-training shifts are within 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday.
