Responsibilities

• Oversee daily support for tier one IT issues in a high-volume call center.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems and escalate to second tier as needed.
• Open tickets with vendors and escalate to Senior management when required.
• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external users.
