Field Sales Representative at AT&T delivers customized, white‑glove sales experiences directly in customers’ homes. With paid training, ongoing coaching and a company vehicle, you will schedule appointments, conduct on‑site demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and resolve issues, closing deals and driving revenue. The role offers uncapped commission potential; new reps earn between $60,530 and $100,000, based on geography, experience and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Close deals through hands‑on product demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Resolve customer issues to keep them connected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of commission‑based sales experience (outside sales preferred).
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and upselling.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel in a company vehicle.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
