Job Overview

Field Sales Representative at AT&T – deliver personalized sales interactions and close deals through demos and technical support at scheduled customer appointments. Earn uncapped commission with base salary range $61,800 to $100,000 (plus commission). Work independently in the field using a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at scheduled appointments to offer Wi‑Fi assessments, product demos, tech delivery, and issue resolution.
• Close deals by upselling products and services to increase customer value and satisfaction.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport quickly and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and operate company vehicle for official business.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ year of commission sales experience (outside sales preferred).
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in upselling techniques.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport building skills.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided.
• Background check: drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
