AT&T is recruiting Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white glove experiences directly in customers' homes across Arizona. You will engage warm prospects at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with hands-on demos and services, while earning uncapped commissions and a competitive base.

New reps receive paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech‑savvy. Expect a 40‑hour work week with evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic sales team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales demonstrations and technology touchpoints with customers.
