Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes across Aurora, Denver, Lone Tree and surrounding Colorado locations. Earn uncapped commissions with a potential to reach six figures; starting pay includes an hourly base with commissions.

Training is provided, and successful applicants will conduct scheduled in-home appointments and close sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and meeting targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, in-home sales interactions with customers.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery.
• Resolve issues and keep customers connected to what matters most.
