Kelly is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Export Distributor Coordinator to join our team in Torrance, CA. The role is onsite and pays $28/hr, with hours Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm.

You will act as the primary liaison for export customers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels and parts availability. The position requires a BA/BS in Business or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in export customer service.

• BA/BS in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in export customer service or related field, with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Bilingual in Spanish to communicate with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for export customers, ensuring high service levels and parts availability.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments to meet customer service expectations and export logistics.
• Conduct monthly video conferences with customers and provide management with updates on service levels and project status.
