CAASE is seeking a full-time Bilingual Case Manager to support survivors of sexual assault and exploitation within the Legal Department. The role involves direct client services, crisis intervention, and coordination with attorneys and external partners.

Primarily remote with some travel within Chicagoland. Requires Spanish/English bilingual ability, trauma-informed approach, and experience helping survivors of gender-based violence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; MSW preferred or applicable professional experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is required and trauma-informed care familiarity is expected.
• Experience working with survivors of gender-based violence is preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and crisis-support skills are essential.
• Ability to work with clients in crisis and maintain confidential records.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct services to clients, including crisis intervention, safety planning, and case management.
• Accompany clients to court and to law enforcement or prosecutor interviews with CAASE attorneys.
• Assist clients with applications for financial assistance and public benefits enrollment.
• Coordinate client services with CAASE attorneys and external agencies.
• Translate and interpret as needed; maintain organized case files and client data.
• Conduct intake interviews and maintain client statistics.
