Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and learn new systems.
• Willing and able to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty insurance license.
• No previous insurance experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Help English- and Spanish-speaking customers with insurance questions and service needs.
• Build positive relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
• Explain insurance options and help customers understand available coverage.
• Assist with auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance needs.
• Respond to questions about policies, billing, coverage, and policy changes.
• Follow up with customers to help ensure their needs are addressed.
• Recognize opportunities to help customers review their insurance needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency procedures.
• Work with the team to provide a helpful, professional customer experience.
