Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from borrowers, agents and lenders professionally.
• Verify and update CPI insurance information and related records.
• Assist with CPI cancels and loan account processing across Mortgage, Escrow, Commercial, Condo and Flood.
• Maintain accurate documentation and respond to inquiries via email.
• Meet quality, productivity and scorecard metrics.
