Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company in the Houston area is seeking a Dedicated Client Support Partner to serve as the onsite liaison for a key client. The role blends remote work with weekly site visits to three locations.

You will build relationships with employee groups, HR partners, and client stakeholders, educate on benefits, resolve complex issues, and support onboarding and enrollment activities. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting clients, customers, or employee populations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with client teams and employees as a trusted Cigna partner.
• Resolve complex benefit, claim, authorization, denial, appeal, and incentive-related issues.
• Educate employees on healthcare benefits, wellness programs, and available resources.
• Support new hire onboarding, open enrollment events, health fairs, and wellness initiatives.
• Partner closely with Account Management to identify opportunities, share insights, and enhance the overall client experience.
• Deliver presentations, training sessions, and benefit education programs.
