Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, handle deliveries and pickups, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing account health.

The role includes early-stage collections, route duties, and white-glove service in-store and in customers’ homes. Weekly pay and extensive benefits accompany opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account-management tools.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups as assigned.
• Provide white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Generate new rental agreements and contribute to sales growth.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles; follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
