Job summary

Bright Achievements is a family-focused behavioral health agency providing home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We seek caring Technicians and RBTs to join our team under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based ABA with compassion and individualized care.

This part-time, in-person role offers collaboration with a BCBA and a supportive team focused on empowering families and promoting growth, independence, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred with related experience
• RBT certification is preferred from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities is desirable
• Strong communication skills are required
• A valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

• Attend professional development trainings as required
• Work with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA teaching procedures
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of work
