Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develops treatment plans across multiple DFCS program areas.
• Provide case management, documentation, and court-related reports as required.
• Investigate allegations of abuse/neglect and determine necessary interventions.
• Recruits foster care and adoption applicants; evaluates placements and finalizes adoptions.
• Conduct home visits and coordinate with community resources to support families.
• Testify in court or administrative hearings as needed.
