County of Santa Clara is seeking a Social Services Program Manager II (SSPM II) in the Child Welfare Compliance Office to supervise analysts and an office specialist. The role oversees safety compliance strategies, coordinates with DFCS staff, and communicates findings to strengthen practice and policy adherence.

Requires a Bachelor's in a related field and significant leadership experience in human services; Master’s/ Doctoral substitutions may apply. Travel may be required.
