Job summary

Bilingual Speech Services LLC is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish-English) to join our team in Dallas, TX. This school-based role offers a hybrid schedule with at least one work-from-home day per week and a manageable caseload designed to support high-quality services in partnership with Texas school districts.

You will conduct bilingual evaluations and develop IEP goals while collaborating with an educational team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed and/or CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in school-based therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
• Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations in English and Spanish.
• Develop and implement IEP goals.
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Provide consultation and support to educational teams.
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
