Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive’s Skin Health group is seeking a Business Development Representative to promote PCA SKIN and EltaMD across Atlanta and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with physicians, spa owners, and estheticians to grow the professional skin care business.

This role requires 2+ years in sales, CRM experience, and a willingness to travel up to 25%. A valid driver’s license and reliable car are needed; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales/business development experience, preferably in aesthetic/beauty.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Travel within territory to engage PCA SKIN and EltaMD accounts and drive sales.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Build trust with physicians, spa managers, estheticians, and staff.
• Conduct product trainings and promotional events to drive ROI.
• Support marketing efforts through events and in-office promotions.
• Route monthly in-person visits to optimize territory coverage and results.
• Track activities and outcomes in CRM; report on progress.
• Resolve issues by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Prospect new accounts and re-engage former customers.
• Represent the brand at industry events and conferences.
