HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Lead Supervisor for the Secondary Sort Area in our Connecticut facility. You will oversee daily operations and lead a team of 35–40 temporary staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, demonstrate strong leadership, be highly organized and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership qualities with ability to guide, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a warehouse or operations setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with Warehouse Managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work in the secondary sort area.
• Provide direct oversight and accountability for 35–40 temporary staff members.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure sorting processes are understood and followed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Report to the Warehouse Floor Manager and escalate issues when necessary.
• Track progress, ensure quality, and help drive throughput in a time‑sensitive setting.
