Job summary

Volt is hiring a Bilingual Shipping Office Clerk in Fremont, CA. The role involves processing shipments, booking international and domestic loads, and coordinating with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.

You will handle GPS devices, ISPM15 packing, and provide shipment updates to DCs and customers, while maintaining accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate has 1+ year shipping/receiving experience, strong Excel skills, and bilingual capability in Vietnamese or Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more related experience in shipping and receiving.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Bilingual Vietnamese or Spanish required due to communication with carriers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process PGI, RTV, RMA and sale return shipments.
• Book international and domestic LTL and FTL shipments.
• Handle shipments with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and XPO.
• Meet ISPM15 packing requirements and coordinate with carriers.
• Communicate with carriers for BOLs and trucking information.
• Track GPS devices and assign to truckloads.
• Provide shipment progress details to DCs and customers.
• Receive and process materials from WH per shipment requirements.
