Job summary

Walker Advertising is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across the business. This individual will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, translating business needs into clear hiring plans, building strong talent pipelines, and closing top candidates in a competitive market.

This role reports to the Vice President of People Operations and plays a key part in the company's continued growth.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting, with mid- to senior-level experience preferred.
• Experience with US hiring requirements and remote/onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments from intake to offer.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and job boards.
• Screen and interview candidates in English and Spanish, assessing language and readiness for remote work.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding, and first-day readiness with IT and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in Rippling and apply recruiting metrics to improve outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and inclusive hiring practices.
