Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant in Miami to own the closing process within a high-volume, international environment. You will manage full-cycle month-end close, GL reconciliations, intercompany activity, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements include 3–5+ years of general accounting, US GAAP proficiency, advanced Excel, and bilingual English/Spanish. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually with regular hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive, hands-on general accounting experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and revenue/expense matching.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end closing activities, including journal entries and intercompany transactions.
• Review GL accounts and balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
• Oversee AP/AR activities and mentor accounting staff.
• Provide technical support to accounting team and escalate complex issues.
