Job summary

F.H. Paschen is seeking a Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules for large construction programs.

You will work with project teams, designers, owners representatives, and subcontractors to plan, sequence, and track activities, milestones, and critical path items. The role requires at least five years of scheduling experience, strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a related Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Five years of GC scheduling experience on large multi-phase projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of standard cost control methods used in project delivery.
• Strong communication skills in team settings and meetings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for proposed projects and CPM schedules for awarded projects.
• Collaborate with Paschen's team, designers, owners reps, and subcontractors for scheduling.
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules with milestones and critical items.
• Create schedule logic and realistic activity durations.
• Assess impacts of contract changes and schedule shortfalls.
• Apply engineering, procurement, and construction terminology to critical path logic.
• Provide guidance for resolving complex schedule problems.
• Attend schedule development meetings and change discussions.
• Prepare schedule updates as required by contract documents.
• Assigned responsibilities may include any of the above.
