Qualificações

• Cash handling experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of the FNBT Step Program for internal employees.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment.
• Process deposits and payments; balance daily transactions accurately.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Cross-sell bank services and products to diverse customers, including Spanish speakers.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Maintain schedules and attendance; perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.
