Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Senior Business Consultant to partner with our consulting team in driving projects through process, data, and technology solutions for external clients.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and experience in strategy making, business analysis, process optimization, IT implementation, continuous improvement, and/or transformation of business and management processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic knowledge and experience of business or IT project management.
Experience with business management AI/software and AI/software introduction such as ERP, accounting, HR, and/or payroll software.
Knowledge and/or experience in process optimization and process improvement within the organization and/or external client projects.
Experience with system implementation of ERP/Accounting/Finance related field is preferred.
Experience with project management and cross-departmental project execution for external projects preferred.
Previous business consulting and/or IT consulting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Consulting Service Delivery and Project Management across diverse projects such as Business Strategy, Change Management, Accounting, SCM, ERP, and HR/Organizational Consulting.
Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking, identifying delays, dependencies, and risks.
Conduct client interviews to gather insights into internal processes.
Design solutions with HR consulting team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare and present sales materials to clients and BD team, assist in contract negotiation.
Collaborate with Marketing/BD to plan marketing initiatives and develop new services.
Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and support CSR initiatives.
