Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience; food industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and bilingual English/Korean abilities.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong multi-tasking and teamwork orientation.
• Good problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Computer skills including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product deliveries to franchise stores and communicate delivery issues.
• Input and process orders, generate picking lists, and distribute to warehouse staff.
• Verify trucking and delivery status with franchise partners; schedule shipments as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily checks; reconcile with system data.
• Participate in monthly physical inventory counts and report issues.
