Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services Inc. is seeking a Bilingual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in San Diego. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services in a collaborative school setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CA SLP License or eligibility.
• Bilingual preferred.
• CFs welcome to apply.
• Experience with pediatric/school-based populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with diverse communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.
