Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K–12 students in a San Diego area school setting.

The role involves evaluating speech and language, designing individualized plans, and collaborating with educators and family members to promote classroom success. The position is based in San Ysidro, CA, offering a competitive salary in the $80,000–$135,000 per year range, with comprehensive benefits and sign-on/relocation support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CA SLP license (or eligibility) required.
• Bilingual preferred; CFs welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed.

What You’ll Do
