Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist for the Chicago, IL area to support middle and high school students. This contract position runs through the end of the current school year and into the 26/27 school year, with an ASAP start.

Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and hold a valid IL SLP license. The role includes collaboration with teachers and staff, creating IEP-driven therapy plans, and documenting services in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required for communication with students and families.
• Valid SLP license for Illinois (IL) required.
• Experience with school-aged children, preferably middle and high school.
• Immediate start and commitment through June 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language pathology services tailored to middle/high school students in a self-contained setting.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans to meet evolving needs.
• Document all services and ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
