Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support middle school students in a school-based role near Elgin, IL. The position runs from Sept 29, 2026 through June 9, 2027, with a workload around 45 students and itinerant assignments possible.

Candidates fluent in English and Spanish with IL SLP credentials (CCC, IL license, PEL with SLP endorsement) are encouraged to apply; full-time or part-time options may be available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology.
• IL Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement.
• Active IL SLP license.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy for middle school students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress.
• Maintain organized documentation to support student outcomes and compliance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and trainings.
