Job summary

Academies of Math and Science (AMS) Las Vegas campus is seeking a highly organized School Registrar to support enrollment, records, attendance reporting, and state compliance at our Las Vegas campus. This role partners with campus leadership, families, and network teams to ensure accurate, confidential student information and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, proficient with student information systems, and able to manage competing

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of administrative, records, or office support experience preferred.
• Experience with student information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment, registration, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records in SIS.
• Support attendance tracking, reporting, and state submissions.
• Assist families with enrollment questions and campus tours.
