The Academies of Math and Science (AMS) is hiring a School Registrar at the AMS Nellis Las Vegas campus to manage student enrollment and records, ensure compliance, and support attendance reporting. You will collaborate with families, campus leadership, and network teams to deliver excellent service while safeguarding student information.

The ideal candidate balances organization, customer focus, and technical proficiency, handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced school setting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of administrative, customer service, records management, or office support experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage enrollment, registration, transfer, and withdrawal processes for students.
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records in electronic and physical formats.
• Support attendance tracking, reporting, and state submissions.
• Coordinate enrollment verification and enrollment/attendance reporting activities.
• Generate attendance reports, rosters, and enrollment reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws and network policies for student data.
