Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. in Queens, NY seeks a bilingual or monolingual School Psychologist for a full-time on-site CPSE program. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide IEP-mandated counseling within a multidisciplinary team.

New graduates with state certification are warmly welcomed to apply, with collaboration across teachers, social workers, SLPs, OTs and PTs to design interventions. The position follows the school calendar schedule.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Certification as School Psychologist.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Monolingual eligibility.
• Experience with psycho-educational evaluations and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and gather social/developmental histories for children aged 3-5.
• Prepare clear diagnostic and behavioral reports aligned with clinical standards.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver individual and group counseling and parent training per IEPs.
• Participate in treatment planning, case conferences, feedback sessions, and IEP meetings.
• Foster collaborative communication among supervisors, staff and families.
• Maintain compliance with NYS CPSE regulations and standards.
