Job summary

Voices College-Bound Language Academies is seeking a Business Manager to lead school operations, finances, and front-office functions. Reporting to the Principal, you will supervise non-academic staff and coordinate daily business activities across multiple domains.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least three years in operations or administration, and fluency in English and Spanish. This exempt, twelve-month role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, HR, data management, finance, or administration.
• Excellent oral and written English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school operations, staff, and front-office functions.
• Coordinate student records, enrollment, and attendance reporting.
• Manage communications and community relations for stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly staff and coordinate meals and safety procedures.
• Prepare reports for audits, budgets, and compliance.
