Voices College-Bound Language Academies is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 and small-group behavioral support for students in our dual-language program. Under supervision, you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and promote independent participation in classrooms and lunchrooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification in good standing (or ability to obtain within a specified period after hire).
• Experience working with children in educational/therapeutic settings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Direct Behavioral Support: Implement BIPs and reinforcement under supervision.
• Rigorous Data Collection: Record and maintain behavioral data and progress.
• Linguistic & Instructional Support: Deliver modified materials for English and Spanish immersion blocks.
• Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Safety, Ethics, & Compliance: Follow BACB ethics and protect FERPA confidentiality.
