Job summary

Gestalt Community Schools in Memphis seeks a Bilingual Scholar Recruiter to lead enrollment efforts across our network and engage Spanish-speaking families through targeted outreach and events.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Spanish fluency, and experience in schools. You will manage admissions, lotteries, and data reporting while building strong community partnerships to support enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in a school setting, preferably within the K-12 charter school environment.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to think strategically and proactively solve problems.
• Experience with admissions software preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruitment and Enrollment teams to achieve annual enrollment goals.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and outreach to Spanish-speaking families.
• Represent the network at recruitment fairs and community events.
• Plan open houses, tours, and information sessions for families.
• Coordinate partnerships with community organizations to expand the recruitment pipeline.
• Track and report enrollment data, conversions, and waitlists.
• Manage the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment and follow-up.
