Phoenix Charter Academy is seeking a Manager of Scholar Success to oversee academic achievement and the well-being of our bilingual scholars. You will coordinate language support, guide teachers, and work with families and staff to ensure students receive necessary resources.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing professional development, and alignment with research-based practices in bilingual education. Strong communication across diverse communities is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field required.
• Proven experience with bilingual students in educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of learning styles and instructional strategies.
• Familiarity with language support resources, interventions, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to develop personalized language support plans.
• Guide and mentor teachers on effective instructional strategies for bilingual students.
• Monitor scholar progress and provide ongoing support with interventions and resources.
• Partner with Scholar Success team to train parents on supporting academic success at home.
• Stay updated on research and best practices in bilingual education and language acquisition.
• Attend meetings and professional development to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with community organizations to provide support for bilingual scholars.
• Ensure compliance with education policies and procedures.
